To order your custom greeting, please complete the Booking Form.  Once your form is received, a team member will contact you to confirm details and send over an estimate/proposal of services.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you review and confirm all details on your estimate BEFORE accepting.  If the proposal is correct, please accept and an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR CUSTOM GREETING AND GUARANTEE YOUR REQUESTED DATE.

All standard greetings are a ONE DAY rental, delivered the evening BEFORE your celebration.  Delivery/Set Ups typically begin after 5:00 pm and are completed before 11 pm depending on the number of jobs that day.  Yards MUST be mowed and watered prior to set up.

A Design Team Member will bring your requested greeting and place everything in your yard.  There is NO NEED for you to be home, but we do require gate codes or access instructions BEFORE installing!

For pick-up, a Design Team Member will arrive on the day of your pick-up AFTER 6:30 pm to collect your greeting.  Greetings may be rented for additional night(s) for a discounted fee.  PLEASE NOTE: if you are having a party during the time of pick-up, we will require an additional night rental to ensure we do not disrupt your event and our team may collect the greeting without any issues.

Inclement weather includes lightening/thunderstorms, heavy rain, snow, high winds, as well as hard ground (yard signs will only work in soft ground) and any other acts of God that put us or our lawn display in harm's way.  We will attempt to reschedule delivery or a full refund will be issued.  In some cases, we may still be able to accommodate your surprise/celebration, but inclement weather, particularly HIGH WINDS, may require the yard greeting to be removed early.

• Lawns are required.  We can NOT set a sign in zero-scape or artificial turf.
• WE CANNOT INSTALL ON HARD GROUND.  This include zero-scape and artificial turf, and even some lawns.  If this could be a concern in your lawn, we advise testing the display area in several places to make sure it will allow our signs to penetrate the soil 5 inches deep. Watering your yard the day before or earlier in the day is strongly recommended!  Payment is required to confirm/hold your reservation/date.  We speak to every client via call/text before sending an invoice.  This is a "custom yard card".
• You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT let anyone play on or around the display.  Our display WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
• We ask that you take pride in your lawn display and treat it with respect.
• Please DO NOT move the items.
• Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize our signs.  Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, them items ARE our property and business.  It is always best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
• Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused by flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.  Contact with string trimmers may also cause damage.
• Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
• If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. 
• We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.
• 317 Yard Cards and all representatives are NOT responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

• Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled 72 hours before install are eligible to receive a FULL credit/refund.  Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before install will receive 50% credit/refund.  Any order cancelled within 24 hours of install will NOT receive a refund/credit.
• No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
• No refunds will be given due to homeowner requesting us to remove the display. 
• No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
• No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
• In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  If we are not able to install it due to any inclement weather listed (lightening/thunderstorms, tornadoes, heavy rain, high winds, winter weather, and any other acts of God that would put our team or our lawn displays in harm's way), a FULL REFUND will be given.
